About the Speaker

James Finister is a service management consultant and auditor with over twenty years of global practical ITSM experience covering both the private and public sector. His views are sometimes iconoclastic and challenging but always driven by a desire to produce results rather than engage in academic debate. Despite which he was a reviewer for the Service Transition volume of ITIL V3, and is a member of the BSIs ISO/IEC 20000 committee.
