    Title

Re-energising ITIL: What to do after the project has gone

    Presenter

    Jason Lewis & Michael Harman
    PA Consulting Group

    About the Presentation

In the ITIL era most IT organisations have delivered some aspects of ITIL into their organisations. However, when these projects finish the next steps for ITIL are often not clear and IT managers are often left wondering how to continue to deliver benefits and improvements.

In this session Jason and Michael will discuss how you can re-energise ITIL to ensure ongoing benefits of implementing ITIL are delivered and continued improvements are being made through:

    • Focussing on ongoing improvement activity through quick wins and targeted projects
    • Base lining and measuring performance through regular reports and review meetings
    • Reaffirming ITSM leadership
    • Instilling a sense of ownership in those using the processes and motivating the delivery organisation.
