About the Presentation

During technology implementation and roll-out, training is often considered low priority and not given enough consideration in terms of value derived. 9 out of 10 organisations will take the 'recommended training program' from their technology vendor, often delivered via formal education or classroom instruction. Is this really the right thing to do? The training should Contextual Learning: bringing the learning as close as possible to the point of use by the worker.

This session will present fascinating insights into how taking a contextual approach can create a holistic understanding of the implementation objectives and an appreciation of the reasoning for the change. This top-down understanding makes individuals aware of the role they play in making the change a success.

About the Speaker

Neil Whyte is currently Global Business Development Manager for G2G3.
