Title

Business to IT Alignment model at Centrica

Presenter

Richard Huntley & Keith Poulter
Centrica

About the Presentation

How can IT be a major contributor and supporter of the business in these challenging times? Focussing on the end user has become more and more critical for the survival of the IT organisation. How can we tackle the complexity of a multi-business organisation, in a multi sourcing context and multi vendor technological landscape while remaining simple, easy and effective in the eye of the Business end user? How can IT appear to act as one team for the benefit of the Company brand and deliver end to end quality services. Centrica is moving forward with that objective and has developed a unique and innovative Business to IT alignment model that will be presented in this session.
