Our next FREE member meet-up event for Scotland will take place at Edinburgh Napier University on 5th February. The event will include presentations focused on the “User Experience” and provide an opportunity for members to gather with other practitioners to share experiences, listen to guest speakers, and discuss key service management issues. It will also feature a brief itSMF UK update.
