SM Forum – SIAM

5 June, 10:00 - 13:00

Free

Service Integration and Management (SIAM) has seen significant advancements over the past decade. This SM Forum brings together a distinguished line-up of industry leaders and practitioners with experience in this area, offering case studies from different sectors and delving into the 2025 SIAM Body of Knowledge (BoK). With SIAM practices shaping service delivery in many organisations, this event offers a timely and very relevant update.

AGENDA

The Evolution of SIAM – Claire Agutter and Stephanie Ward, Scopism

As SIAM models mature, service integration is transcending its operational roots. • The history of SIAM
  • How SIAM is evolving and benefits it is delivering
  • Enterprise SIAM approaches
